A full Silvertip lodge buyout reserves our entire heli-ski operation for your booking, including the lakeside lodge, your helicopter program and exclusive heli-ski use of our 1,440-square-kilometre tenure in British Columbia’s Cariboo Mountains. Everyone heli-skiing with Silvertip during your buyout is part of your party.
What Does an Exclusive Silvertip Buyout Include?
- Exclusive lodge use: Share the lodge, meals and après-ski with the people you choose to bring.
- A helicopter program reserved for your booking: Fill our Classic program or arrange a private helicopter configuration.
- Exclusive heli-ski use of the tenure: No other Silvertip guest parties share the skiing during your buyout. Everyone heli-skiing with our operation belongs to your booking.
Private accommodation and a dedicated helicopter do not always mean exclusive heli-ski terrain. At Silvertip, a full buyout reserves the entire operation for one booking.
Choose Your Skiing Program
Classic Buyout: Up to 16 Skiers
Bring up to 16 skiers and fill our two-group Classic program. Two groups of up to eight ski with one Bell 212 helicopter, rotating throughout the day. Unlimited vertical and helicopter time are included, subject to weather, snow conditions, daylight and safe operating conditions.
Custom Private Helicopter Programs
For a different setup, ask us about a dedicated A-Star for up to three skiers or a private Bell 212 for up to eight. Private helicopter programs include a flight-hour allowance, with additional flying charged at the applicable rate. A private helicopter booking alone does not include exclusive lodge or tenure use; specify a full-operation buyout when enquiring.

A Private Lakeside Lodge in the Canadian Wilderness
Silvertip Lodge sits on Quesnel Lake with no road access. Your group can share days in the Cariboo Mountains and evenings together at the lodge, with accommodation, meals, guiding and ski equipment included in your package.
Getting Here from Europe
Travel to Vancouver, then connect with your package’s scheduled charter flight to Williams Lake and helicopter transfer to Silvertip Lodge. Plan to arrive in Vancouver the day before your tour. We’ll confirm transfer arrangements and timing with your group before you book international flights.

Does a Silvertip buyout include exclusive heli-ski use of the terrain?
Yes. A full-operation Silvertip buyout includes exclusive lodge use, your helicopter program and exclusive heli-ski use of our 1,440-square-kilometre tenure for your booking. No other Silvertip guest parties share the skiing during your stay. This describes exclusive use of our commercial heli-ski operation, rather than ownership of or a restriction on lawful public access to Crown land.
Will our group ski together?
A Classic buyout accommodates up to 16 skiers in two groups of up to eight, rotating with one Bell 212. Everyone belongs to your booking, while each group skis with its guides. Other helicopter arrangements can be discussed when planning your buyout.
Is unlimited vertical included?
Unlimited vertical is included with the Classic buyout configuration. Custom private helicopter programs use flight-hour allowances. We’ll set out the program, inclusions, guarantees and any additional flying charges in your proposal.
