Our Vision
Growing up in the shadow of the Canadian Rocky Mountains, I dreamed of owning my own mountain resort. In a stroke of genius that my wife calls a “male menopause moment” I fulfilled this childhood dream. With three friends signing on as co-owners, we are commited to making Silvertip Lodge the world’s best private heli-skiing and hiking/fishing lodge. I’m not interested in counting vertical feet when I ski; I care about vertical freedom to create my own experience in my own space with my friends and family. I’ve had the best skiing of my life at Silvertip. We’re excited to see our dream come alive at Silvertip Lodge and to meeting new friends around the world who want to share it.
We provide a luxury home in the wilderness that comes with our exceptional family of staff who will treat you like an owner. We have guides, helicopter pilots, lodge staff, culinary chefs, massage therapists and bar tenders who want to help you create your own bespoke outdoor adventure – either summer or winter. Our only rule is safety; the rest is up to you.

At the far east end of Quesnel Lake, B.C., nestled on a 14-acre beachfront property, sits the spacious triple A-frame Silvertip Lodge awaiting your arrival. Silvertip Lodge is the ultimate experience in rustic, remote and private luxury, hidden on the edge of the Cariboo Mountains in British Columbia.
Offering guests an unparalleled heli-skiing experience, Silvertip Lodge boasts unlimited vertical and some of the best terrain British Columbia has to offer.
Without road access, guests travel to Silvertip Lodge by small aircraft, helicopter or boat. A 2,200 ft grass/gravel airstrip suitable for small private aircraft, sits a short drive from the property and is accessible most of the year.
Being one of the most remote heli-skiing lodges in Canada, Silvertip Lodge offers adventurous guests from all over the world a truly unique experience.
The Amenities
Making Silvertip Lodge a home-away-from-home for our guests is our priority.
- At 7,250 sq. ft. Silvertip Lodge boasts high vaulted ceilings over the dining and common areas of the building. The upstairs area has eight charming guest rooms, each with well-appointed private en-suite bathrooms.
- A separate small cabin located next to the main lodge has two additional bedrooms; again, each with their own en-suite bathroom.
- A spa chalet overlooks Quesnel Lake and includes a large outdoor whirlpool. The interior of the spa has a massage room, steam room, and sauna.
- The 14-acre property located along the lakeshore offers ease of access to the lake and property for many outdoor activities including canoeing, swimming, and hiking in the summer, and cross-country skiing and snowshoeing during the winter months.
