Silvertip Lodge is located at the east end of the 100km-long Quesnel Lake in British Columbia, Canada. As there are no roads in this remote area, clients and staff alike rely on boats, small aircraft or helicopters for transportation to and from Silvertip Lodge.
Travelling To Silvertip Lodge
Transfers to Silvertip Lodge – Winter
Guests fly on a private charter from Vancouver ( YVR ) to Williams Lake ( YWL ) with Central Mountain Air ( 1 hr flight ), where you will meet our airport representative who will assist you in boarding your 45-minute helicopter flight to Silvertip Lodge.
Transfers to Silvertip Lodge – Summer
For trips that are three days or longer, you will be met by Silvertip Lodge staff at Elysia Resort located on Quesnel Lake. You will travel by boat to Silvertip Lodge situated at the east end of the 100km-long lake. The scenic cruise takes approximately two hours and allows you to view stunning landscapes including the B.C. version of Niagara Falls.
If you prefer to fly, arrangements are made for you to take a small charter aircraft arriving at the landing strip located above Silvertip Lodge. Alternatively, you can travel to the lodge by helicopter that will fly out of Williams Lake. Please contact us for details and a quote for these services.
