If you’ve been thinking about heli-skiing this winter, this might be the easiest way to get here.
For one special tour this January, we’re flying a private charter directly from Calgary to Williams Lake. From there, a helicopter will take you straight to Silvertip Lodge on the shores of Quesnel Lake. Your private charter and helicopter transfers are included in the tour package.

Silvertip is intentionally small. This tour is limited to just 16 guests, skiing in two groups with one Bell 212 helicopter. Staying small keeps us flexible, personal and focused on going where the skiing is best.

January in the Cariboos
January is our coldest and stormiest month — and a great time to experience the light, dry powder the BC Interior is famous for. Cold temperatures help preserve snow quality while frequent mid-winter storms refresh both our alpine and naturally spaced tree terrain.
Our Cariboo Mountain tenure offers everything from glaciated alpine terrain and long powder runs to sheltered tree skiing, with terrain just minutes from the lodge.

Silvertip isn’t a large heli-ski resort — and that’s the point. With just 8 to 16 guests at the lodge, the experience feels more like staying at your own remote mountain home than a hotel. Two groups, one helicopter and a small team allow us to keep the experience personal and flexible.
